Privacy policy

What we collect, and why
This site is static and stores nothing: it has no database, no accounts and no storage. Your visit leaves no trace with us.
Contact form: name, email, message, and your dates if you give them. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you. The message reaches us by email, relayed by the FormSubmit service; we use it to reply and delete it once the request is handled.
Booking: Airbnb collects the booking data, not us. The platform passes on only what we need to welcome you.
Analytics: page views, duration, device, in anonymised form. Legal basis: consent. Nothing loads before you agree, and the site works normally if you decline.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or exchange any data. We do not run targeted advertising and use no social network pixels.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no request goes to a third party when the page loads.
Who has access
The people who run the apartment and, for its own part, our hosting provider.
Messages from the contact form pass through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays them to our inbox.
Bookings are handled by Airbnb, which acts as controller for the data you give it. Its own privacy policy applies at that stage, and we have no say over it.
We make no transfer outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, write to the address in the legal notice. We reply within 30 days.
If you disagree with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris (cnil.fr).
